Job Summary
Work with the Corporate IT Team to plan, design, implement and support the Corporate IT Network and Systems. Responsible for the local and wide area network including DNS, Firewall, Domain Controller, and other systems/applications. Supports and troubleshoots network issues. Coordinates with Vendors for installation, support, and maintenance.
What you'll own:

Support of the corporate Network Infrastructure and Network/Data/Hardware Security, for local and remote offices

Standardize, support, and manage tools across the organization (local and remote)

Manage and ensure consistent security patch cadence.

Effectively manage all teleconference, conference site, remote conferencing audio, and visual tools
-
Effectively manage SAAS tools to achieve departmental and company goals (Office 365, virus protection, Zoom, Okta, etc.)

Support corporate Help Desk initiatives both locally and for remote offices

Microsoft Domain and DNS Experience

Microsoft Group Policy

Experience in management of complex, multi-site corporate network and data center infrastructures, including cloud-based environments including Azure and AWS experience.

Demonstrated prior success managing to stringent uptime and reliability.

Clear and agile thinking and analysis that leads to win-win and innovative solutions while delivering on time and on budget.

Site-to-Site and Client-to-Site SSL VPN and IPSec
-
SDWAN - VeloCloud

Ability to interact and support multiple stakeholders: executive leadership team, department heads, line supervisors, and product/software IT development leaders, etc.

Powershell and Automation Scripting
Preferred Education & Experience:

Fast-paced Commercial Technology startup company experience
-
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT

Bachelor’s Degree in IS or related experience.

Experience managing 500+ end-users.
