Sr. Salesforce Project Manager

Skills

Project management experience on Salesforce platform
Agile project management
Client relationship management
Salesforce platform understanding
Experience with SOW/Change Order contracting

Responsibilities

Manage project financials, scope, and schedule
Drive AI and digital service solutions implementations
Act as primary contact for clients regarding operational project aspects
Facilitate status meetings with project stakeholders
Assist with client presentations during testing sessions
Plan and manage CRM and AI software projects
Coordinate IT project teams to incorporate business requirements
Assess business implications for project stages
Guide the software development lifecycle as an Agile Scrum Master

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT or Management
PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
