Provide troubleshooting and problem-resolution services to staff regarding hardware and software issues
Execute required duties using documented processes and procedures with minimum supervision
Support desktop (PC & Linux), software and hardware troubleshooting, and network and server experience
Monitor and maintain security and patch level on all workstations, set up network switches and printers, and support mobile devices
Perform and delegate regular backup operations and implement data protection processes
