About the Team:

The product team at Neuron7 is new and growing! You’ll join a design + product team working to launch Neuron7’s next wave of innovation and to establish a leading product management development practice at Neuron7. As an early member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to have significant impact on both product direction and on the team’s practices. Most of Neuron7 is based in either the Bay Area and Bangalore.


What you’ll do:

We are looking for a Product Design Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the user experience of our Service Resolution Intelligence product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to that will make our products easy and delightful to use.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concept for complex service products.

- Conduct user research and needs analysis to understand user pain points and gather insights.

- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across our products.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solution.

- Stay up to date on the latest design trends and technologies.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and processes, and a demonstrated desire to continually improve on practices.

- Establish and build the UX practice at Neuron7. Start as an individual contributor and grow with the company.

 

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a senior UX designer (10+ yrs of experience), with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work for web and/or mobile applications, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS products.

- Able to function both as a practitioner and leader - including setting design standards and practice foundations independently and for a future team.

- Ability to design native user interfaces across multiple touchpoints including web, mobile, as well as embedded applications on platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow.

- The ability to explore ideas, persuade others, and build consensus on fast-moving projects with varying degrees of ambiguity.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment while producing great design work on tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with designing field service, customer service, data, and/or AI products are an advantage.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field are an advantage.
