About the project

We need a part-time graphic designer to support us 2-5 hours a week with punctual design tasks such as presentations, diagrams, and brand development.

Duration: no fixed limit Stage: Ideally, a mid-senior profile who is looking for a side project. I'd be willing to hire a junior profile if they show solid hard and soft skills.

Objective

The objective of this position is to provide flexible, on-demand design support by quickly delivering high-quality visual assets that meet brand guidelines and help achieve marketing and communication goals.

KPI

• Deliver high-quality design work on a per-task basis

• Maintain and develop the Neurons Lab brand in an organized and scalable way

• Be the "brand-keeper” from the design perspective to document and advise team members on the correct use of the brand

Areas of Responsibility

• Collaborate with internal team to understand project goals and requirements

• Develop creative design concepts and layouts for various projects (presentations, diagrams, etc)

• Present design work and revisions in a timely manner

• Incorporate feedback from team and iterate designs accordingly

• Ensure final designs and files meet specifications for intended use

Skills

• Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

• Flexibility to accommodate variable on-demand workload (within given range)

Knowledge

• Proficiency with design software (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite)

• Understanding of UX/UI (nice to have)

• Experience in video editing (nice to have)

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field

• 2+ years of experience designing for digital media

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills across mediums
