The Education Program Manager will be responsible for successfully developing, delivering, and expanding the GenAI Enablement service, ensuring alignment with client needs and optimizing the educational experience to foster long-term partnerships.
Lead the development and execution of GenAI Enablement workshops, ensuring they meet client-specific needs and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Oversee curriculum design, ensuring content is updated and aligned with the latest AI trends and tools.
Build and manage client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, AI Trainers) to deliver customized training solutions.
Measure and analyze the impact of educational programs, incorporating feedback to improve learning outcomes continuously.
Strong expertise in educational program development and delivery.
Client relationship management skills with a proven track record of retention and satisfaction.
Ability to translate technical AI/ML concepts into practical, easy-to-understand training for non-technical audiences.
Workshop facilitation and interactive learning techniques.
Problem-solving and adaptability to meet client-specific needs.
Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
In-depth understanding of AI/ML, focusing on Generative AI and its business applications.
Familiarity with B2B and B2C educational markets.

Administrating ongoing learning programs
Proven experience managing educational programs for corporate clients (2-3+ years).
Success in designing and delivering upskilling solutions for both technical and non-technical professionals.
Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients and ensure high client retention rates.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customized educational services.
