Our customer is a boutique law firm based in Philadelphia specializing in catastrophic injury / wrongful death and civil rights cases nationwide. The client is looking to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and streamline legal processes by incorporating AI across multiple channels (marketing, case selection, accounting, PPC, etc). During the first phase of the project, AI DS, we aim to identify user roles, workflows, pain points, and opportunities through user interviews, collaboration in cross-functional teams, workshops, and design sessions.
Duration: ~ 1 month with a potential long-term collaboration over 8 months.
Stage: Project initiation, AI Design Sprint, with a potential long-term collaboration on MVP and Product development
Conduct customer discovery interviews and create user flows and design requirements
Create intuitive and user-centric wireframes and web interfaces
Design comprehensive user flows for different types of users
Optimize usability and customer experience
Identify user roles, workflows, pain points, and opportunities with a project and client teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and understand project requirements, user needs, pains, gains, and business goals.
Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Design and iterate on web interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
Conduct user research, customer discovery interviews and gather feedback to inform design decisions and optimize usability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and integrate them into design processes.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Present findings and designs to internal and external stakeholders.
Fast prototyping and wireframing
Customer development, Usability testing, User interviews
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
Upper-intermediate or advanced English is a must
Design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles
Product discovery and development lifecycle
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer for over 3 years, with a strong portfolio showcasing web interface designs, user journey maps, and fast prototyping skills.
Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Familiarity with responsive design & website constructors
Proficiency in conducting usability testing, user research & transforming user feedback in iterating designs
Experience with Design Sprint
Nice to have:
