New Account Operations Supervisor

• Oversee, manage and responsible for a team of operations specialist Direct the development of New Account Operations related procedures, and process maps
• Develop and execute process and procedural enhancement to reduce risk, increase productivity and efficiency to ensure great customer experience
• Researches, responds, and completes various operational issues and Service Cloud cases of moderate and high complexity; follows up with customer with resolution as needed Actively coach and mentor the Sr
• New Account Operations Specialist and the New Account Operations Specialist and developing cohesive, successful team

• High school diploma
• 5+ years' banking experience
