At New Balance, We Got Now.JOB MISSION:As a Senior IT Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and security of our information technology systems and processes. You will lead audits of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Additionally, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our IT controls and governance practices.MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Plan, coordinate, and implement IT audits across various business units and geographical locations.• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls related to security, data integrity, system availability, and confidentiality.• Assess compliance with relevant regulations, standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR), and internal policies.• Identify and communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to address control deficiencies and implement remediation plans.• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and standard processes in IT auditing and cybersecurity.• Lead or assist in special projects, investigations, and initiatives related to IT risk management and governance.• Advise other audit team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, and business process owners.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT audit function through process enhancements, automation, and innovation.REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is recommended, but not required; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIA) is a plus.• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, or cybersecurity, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.• Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS).• Proven track record of leading and executing sophisticated IT audits from planning to reporting stages.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with keen attention to detail.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact expertly with stakeholders at all levels.• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.• Proficiency in audit tools and techniques, data analytics, and Microsoft Office applications.#LI-SQ1Regular Associate BenefitsOur products are only as good as the people we hire, so we make sure to hire the best and treat them accordingly.
