We’re seeking a driven sales executive to work alongside revenue leadership and revenue operations to execute our world-class sales methodology, drive successful outcomes for our customers, and exceed quota each month. As a data and process-driven organization, you’ll have access to a variety of tools and resources to aid your mission and ensure that we deliver the best possible outcomes for every client. We need your creativity, GTM strategies, and thoughtful ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
Your Impact
• Drive autonomous engagement with new Corporate businesses (201-2000 employees), pioneering growth initiatives.
• Source, nurture, and cultivate leads to forge impactful relationships with prospective buyers.
• Conduct insightful consultative calls to uncover client needs and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Conduct thorough assessments and audits to tailor strategic service solutions that ensure client success.
• Proactively manage and provide transparent reports on pipeline and forecasts to leadership.
• Smash through monthly and quarterly goals, fueling growth for yourself and the business.
Your First Year
• Within 90 Days You Will
• Efficiently onboard and get up to speed on New Breed’s solutions, sales processes, and playbooks.
• Earn the certifications required as an Elite HubSpot partner.
• Watch a teammate work a deal from start to finish, and receive ongoing hands-on support.
• Within 6 Months You Will
• Have built on your foundations and developed a clear path to consistent quota attainment.
• Consistently source deals and run your sales process.
• Begin to see bookings from the existing business clients you've sold to, and you'll seize the opportunities that arise to deliver additional value for your clients.
• Within 1 Year You Will
• Have a consistent flow of renewal and next-sell opportunities from existing business accounts.
• Be in a groove with mastery of the sale, deep product knowledge, consistent revenue, and a reliable path to goal each and every month.
• Be eligible for promotion. Our unique compensation structure allows you to control your growth and career.
About You
• B2B Sales Experience: You bring 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience, specifically selling into Corporate and/or Enterprise segments (201-2000+ employees).
• Service Sales Expertise: You have sold services (not just software) and possess a perspective on New Breed’s services. You’re capable of effectively scoping and articulating their value propositions.
• Hunter Mentality: You thrive independently, actively seeking and attracting new leads.
• Sales and Account Management: You seek a role that combines sales with account management responsibilities.
• Marketing Automation Expertise: You have direct experience with marketing automation solutions beyond basic user interaction, including knowledge of its ecosystem and target personas (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Active Campaign).

Additional Role Details
• Location: You will work remotely from Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, or be locally based in Vermont. Everyone is welcome to work from our vibrant campus on the shores of Lake Champlain.

• Initial chat: You'll connect with a member of our recruiting team to learn if we're a good mutual match.
• Hiring manager one-on-one: You'll engage in a deeper discussion about your skills and experience with the hiring manager. They'll also provide insights into the team and ongoing projects.
• Panel: You'll participate in a focused dialogue with team members to simulate the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. This might include a panel discussion, role-play, or a small project. Rest assured, you'll receive all the necessary details in advance with time to prepare.
