We are expanding our New Client Onboarding Team and hiring experienced Accounting Managers and accountants familiar with the numbers and processes behind quickly-growing consumer products, food & beverage and SaaS companies. Our New Client Onboarding Team is responsible for the experience and setup of Propeller’s newest clients across all our service offerings and key industries. The team transforms our new clients’ financials and deploys our best practices and suite of cloud-based applications, leveraging the deep industry experience we’ve gained from managing the accounting and financial processes for more than 650 early- stage and venture-backed companies. The team manages the onboarding project, budget, and statement of work for clients and collaborates with individuals from our International Team and our ongoing Accounting Support Teams to ensure all new clients are set up for success.
We are looking for builders, project managers and the client-service-obsessed who share our passion for numbers, systems, and helping entrepreneurs reach new heights. We operate in a fast- paced environment that offers a variety of challenges and opportunities to gain more experience in several areas of accounting -- positioning you for growth and exposing you to the next level of financial accounting.
This is a hands on accounting and project management position. We are looking for someone who derives great satisfaction from communicating with clients, managing an end-to-end process, coordinating a team, handling accounting transactions, and building out best practices and procedures. The person must be able to prioritize and multitask while working on multiple clients. There will be tons of client interaction and problem solving, as well as some administrative work to keep things running smoothly.
