Location: Remote | Reports to: Director of Organizational Learning
Contract Term: 3 months with potential to extend | Hours: 15-20 hours/week | Pay: $15/hour

We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who is eager to develop skills in marketing design and organizational development. This internship offers a unique chance to specialize in designing branded slide decks and other visual materials used in our national training programs. This role is perfect for someone pursuing a career in marketing, graphic design, or communications—and looking to build a strong portfolio

New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides) is required
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in organizational development and training is a plus

• Design visually appealing, on-brand slide decks for training programs used nationally
• Assist the Organizational Development Director with marketing and branding materials
• Collaborate with the Organizational Development team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
• Support various visual content creation projects related to training and development initiatives
