Project Manager, Capital Program
New York City Economic Development Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of design and construction projects in New York City.
Skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling software
- Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the prime contact on contracts and projects through all development phases.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Manage project risks and lead project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure work is completed to required standards of quality and timeliness.
Education
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban planning, or related field
- Preferably working towards professional registration (PE, RA, RIA, AICP, CUD, CCM. PMP)
