It is one of the fastest growing businesses at the Firm and in the industry.The Alternative Investments Service Manager Associate will be responsible for delivering high touch, white glove service to Financial Advisors and their support staff who are the largest users of Alternative Investments products. Team members will have an extensive understanding of the Alternative Investment space and the Morgan Stanley platform. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners, including but not limited to financial advisors and their teams, asset managers and fund administrators.Skills/Requirements:• 1-3 years' experience in Financial Services• Deliver a high-tough, white glove, level of service for our largest users of Alternative Investments products.• Single Point of contact overseeing the day-to-day relationship and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.• Partner closely with internal teams to leverage experience, develop synergies, and provide guidance to strengthen and grow Financial Advisor relationships.• Responsible for distributing timely and accurate notifications within Alterative Investments to Financial Advisors and their teams.• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.• FINRA Series 7 or 99 preferred or willingness to obtain. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $57,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.Morgan Stanley's goal is to build and maintain a workforce that is diverse in experience and background but uniform in reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence.
