We are on a quest to transform the financing ecosystem by using the speed and innovative strength of a fintech with the expertise and funding of a bank to deliver a fast, simple and clear financing experience to SME businesses. To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a Product Owner.

Your new role

As a Product Owner at New10, you will play a crucial role in shaping our products and services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including an Engineering Manager, UX designer, Business Analyst, data analysts, software developers, and a diverse group of stakeholders, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision. You will lead the discovery and delivery of new features that not only align with customer needs but also enhance our service offerings and contribute to our strategic objectives.

We are looking for a Product Owner for the Sales & Application domain. This domain is responsible for selling the New10 lending products, from the start of the application until approval and contract signing. You will be continually seeking opportunities to increase our conversion rates and optimise the customer journey experience, being an advocate for further automation and digitisation of these processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Challenging the status quo and taking ownership for change and continuous improvements within your domain.
  • Understanding and representing customer (SME) needs
  • Responsible for the progress and performance of products and features
  • Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product and prioritising product features and capabilities
  • Monitoring the market and developing a competitive analyses

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience working in an agile environment
  • Proven ability to translate business strategies into a clear domain vision
  • Strong understanding of SME customers, market dynamics, and lending practices
  • Excellent task management and prioritization skills
  • Analytical mindset that maintains a balance between detail and the big picture
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships at various organizational levels
  • Background in fintech, particularly in lending, and awareness of market trends is a plus
