Your Career

NewRocket is a global team made up of ServiceNow professionals who help our customers run and grow their ServiceNow environments.  We are hiring a Digital Content Strategist in our Experience team. The Digital Content Strategist develops and launches marketing efforts for the company through online media and platforms (e.g., social media platforms, emails, digital advertisements, and online videos). Develops concepts to provide visual, web-based marketing to promote solutions to client needs. Maintains a company or brand's online presence, and guidance on content use

We will provide support and guidance to get you up to speed on some of the most amazing projects!  We provide official ServiceNow training so you can achieve multiple certifications. We will set expectations for what success looks like. Then we will allow you use your skills and experience to come up with innovative solutions to achieve customer goals.

Your Impact

  • Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy.
  • Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends.
  • Optimize SEO
  • Design and develop case studies
  • Create animated videos
  • Design logos and company graphics
  • Design and manage marketing newsletters
  • Create social media campaigns
  • Design website pages
  • Author articles and website content
  • Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies.
  • Drive value for the organization.
  • Analyze and report on digital campaigns.
  • Analyze customer and user data.
  • Engage with clients, sales teams, and management.
  • Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
  • Define and action digital events.

May perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
  • Experience with design tools, such as Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma
  • Experience with video editing and creating motion graphics
  • Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Insightful and perceptive.
  • Business knowledge.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Understanding of web analytics.
  • Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices

Education: 

  • Degree in advertising, marketing, communication science or equivalent

Certifications & Knowledge 

The candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond. It is expected that the candidate will be able to complete ServiceNow competency Certifications as well as Module Accreditations. 

Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD
