Your Career

NewRocket is a global team made up of ServiceNow professionals who help our customers run and grow their ServiceNow environments.  We are hiring a Senior UI UX Designer in our Experience team. The UX/UI Designer is responsible for executing a UX Strategy based on functional and technical requirements and business objectives. The Designer delivers innovative solutions for moderately complex professional services projects while providing an excellent client and end-user experience.

We will provide support and guidance to get you up to speed on some of the most amazing projects!  We provide official ServiceNow training so you can achieve multiple certifications. We will set expectations for what success looks like. Then we will allow you use your skills and experience to come up with innovative solutions to achieve customer goals.

Your Impact

  • Facilitate meetings, brainstorms, and design reviews
  • Initiates discussions to define client problems, and project goals
  • Gathers requirements and feedback
  • Create initial design concept, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
  • Develop journey maps and user flows to visualize use cases
  • Present design artifacts and rationale
  • Conduct design QA
  • Manage and maintain the Figma design system
  • Learn and share product knowledge

May perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Experience

  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present solutions to clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situations
  • Solid relationship management skills with all levels
  • Ability to design functional user interfaces for web-based products
  • Proficient in creating wireframes and high fidelity mockups
  • Working knowledge of design system and workflows
  • Ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change

Education: 

  • A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience

Certifications & Knowledge 

The candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond. It is expected that the candidate will be able to complete ServiceNow competency Certifications as well as Module Accreditations. 

Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD
