Your Career

We are hiring a ServiceNow Solution Architect - ITAM, to join our India team, in support of a large global client! This is an amazing opportunity to work on a team, supporting the largest ServiceNow implementation in the world!   The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Software Engineers who provide the development of project professional services for customers. The Solution Architect is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Software Engineers who architect, design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for advisory and project professional services. The Solution Architect will be responsible for architecting and designing solutions using leading practices on complex professional services projects.

Your Impact

  • Ensure team organization, individual development, and communication are in-line with Delivery vision; support teams to perform at a high level; foster inter-team collaboration and productivity
  • Deliver measurable positive results within the client and team’s timelines and budgets
  • Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to capture and define customer’s requirements.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Management on creating a plan that drives results based on the customers’ requirements and budget
  • Research industry impact and innovative opportunities to propose product enhancements
  • Provide engineers with architectural blueprints/requirements for implementations

Your Experience

  • Strong knowledge ITAM modules including HAM and SAM
  • 8-12 years of experience in IT Services/ ServiceNow industry
  • Strong knowledge of architecture principles for cloud-based platforms 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Effective facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situations
  • Ability to deliver high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
  • Experience in supporting large client programs from an integration and support perspective

Education: 

  • A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience

Certification & Knowledge 

The candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond. It is expected that the candidate will be able to complete ServiceNow competency Certifications as well as Module Accreditations. 

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA and CIS (Preferred)
