You’ll be part of a tight-knit team focused on enhancing services that help maximize the performance and engagement of our employees.Utilize your experience in large scale data analysis and reporting to turn data into information, and information into insights that will drive business decisions at every level of the organization. Develop, deploy and manage dashboards that give stakeholders instant visibility into key metrics. Grow in a fast paced environment as you handle multiple projects simultaneously and build relationships across the organization as you handle requests for every area of the NYP Enterprise.Preferred Criteria• Masters degree• Previous Workday experienceRequired Criteria• Bachelors degree• 3 to 5 years of workforce reporting, analytics experience• Practical experience producing and interpreting data analytics using standard tools (Tableau, Excel, R, Python, SAS)• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst• Demonstrated analytical, communication and organizational skills, including the ability to communicate difficult concepts to employees at all levels of the organization in a way that can be easily understood• Expertise with MS Office tools, particularly MS ExcelJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
