Supervisor Purchasing Inventory - Food and Nutrition - Day Shift Including Some Weekends

Find out how you can Make It Possible:Supervises storeroom and inventory control operations, and ensures adherence to federal, state and local regulations for food procurement during storage. Operates, updates, and maintains software systems for perpetual inventory, food production, food cost accounting, and billing systems. Supports the Department in special projects requiring automation and maintenance of equipment.This is a full-time day shift position 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday Including some weekends, located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.Required Criteria:• Requires the level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of two to three years of occupationally specific training beyond high school or an associate's degree and two to three years of previous experience.• Storeroom & Inventory Control Operations.• Computer Spreadsheet Software.• Supervisory skills.Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
