Why this Role?
Next Street is looking for a passionate and innovative Product Manager to join our Engine team and help build interactive and digitally enabled products that will transform the small business industry. This is an exciting opportunity to drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, including product strategy, product management, and user research, to build a vibrant, data driven platform to better support small businesses, local providers, and business-to-small business (B2SB) institutions, alleviating systemic challenges they face today.
This role is highly visible, with direct influence on the Product team's priorities and processes, as well as on firm strategy and growth. In this position, you will not only strengthen your functional capabilities and industry knowledge, but also expand your leadership and problem solving capabilities. Next Street believes in an equitable and transparent compensation approach. The salary range for Senior Manager positions across the firm is $138,400 - $146,900 regardless of location and commensurate with experience. This role is based in New York area, though other locations will be considered for qualified candidates. You will be eligible to participate annually in Next Street’s discretionary incentive program. For new hires, Next Street targets the start of the salary band, although considerations could be made based on job knowledge, skills, and experience. As part of our Antiracism commitment, Next Street uses a pay scale approach and transparent methodology to advance staff within a compensation band based on performance.
