Job Description

Nexthink seeks an Account-Based Marketing Manager, Customer Growth to join our growing team. In this role, you'll blend strategy and creativity to plan, organize, and implement end-to-end campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline through cross-selling into new personas within key customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in deploying 1:1 and 1:few marketing strategies and tactics to engage new personas and generate cross-sell opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with client sales, product marketing, and the wider demand and ABM teams to tailor GTM initiatives into personalized account journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning: Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to analyze customer data and uncover cross-sell opportunities in key customer accounts. Formulate strategic cross-sell plans and offerings based on specific account needs and determine the quickest route to introduction (whether through existing champions or new personas).
  • Campaign Execution: Design and manage personalized marketing campaigns that leverage various channels (email, events, web, direct mail, etc.) to engage targeted accounts effectively.
  • Persona Development: In close collaboration with campaign and product teams, define key cross-sell personas, understand their needs and pain points, and determine how Nexthink solutions can address them. Partner with content teams to repurpose and tailor content that addresses specific persona needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of customer ABM initiatives, using data to optimize future campaigns and strategies. You will regularly report your findings and outcomes to sales, marketing, and business stakeholders to inform future initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Field Marketing, ABM, and/or campaign/program marketing experience in B2B, and IT/Tech space.
  • Proven success driving marketing activities for high-growth B2B Cloud/SaaS software companies.
  • Experience with the creation, execution, and measurement/optimization of marketing campaigns that drive customer expansion and growth.
  • Excellent marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, execution and reporting.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and ABM tools (6Sense, SFDC, Pathfactory, Zoom Info, Reachdesk preferred).
  • Proactive in addressing challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and proven track record in solving complex problems.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, be highly organized, demonstrate consistent success, and have a ‘test and learn’ mentality.
  • Professional level of written and spoken English and German/French languages.
