SMB Renewal Manager
RollWorks, a division of NextRoll, is seeking a SMB Renewal Manager to lead the renewals lifecycle for the SMB segment. Opportunity to impact a rapidly growing company in a dynamic space.
Skills
- 3-5 years of technology renewal management experience
- Customer Success and sales mindset
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Experience in SaaS and ad-tech industries
Responsibilities
- Own and lead renewal management for the SMB segment
- Engage stakeholders to ensure on-time contract renewals
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and billing processes
- Identify upsell opportunities for revenue growth
- Help develop and optimize the renewals program
