RollWorks, a division of NextRoll, is seeking a SMB Renewal Manager to lead the renewals lifecycle for the SMB segment. Opportunity to impact a rapidly growing company in a dynamic space.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of technology renewal management experience
  • Customer Success and sales mindset
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills
  • Experience in SaaS and ad-tech industries

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead renewal management for the SMB segment
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure on-time contract renewals
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, and billing processes
  • Identify upsell opportunities for revenue growth
  • Help develop and optimize the renewals program
