Responsibilities

Maintain annual event calendar and circulate it
Track event requirements and deadlines on Monday.com
Request brand assets for events
Manage social media and asset curation for events
Research new event partners and venues
Facilitate event registration and attendance
Provide on-site support at events
Manage branded swag and gifting initiatives
Create forms and landing pages in HubSpot
