This role will be based in the New York office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office a minimum of three days a week and work remotely for the rest.Set programmatic sales strategy across the Publicis Holding Company and East coast aligned accounts on the east coast.Work side by side in collaboration with VP and Sales Directors to execute on the sales strategy in order to achieve team revenue goalsOwn key relationships at across Publicis and across the various agency trading teams to strategically and thoughtfully achieve revenue goalsSuccessfully create key partnerships to influence and drive revenue growthDevelop and negotiate trading agreements that grow revenue, including joint business plansParticipate and lead when called upon, the ongoing training and development of sales organization5 or more years of Digital Sales experience with 2 or more years of specific experience selling programmatic (Private Marketplace) deals.~ Track record consistently achieving sales revenue targets~ Comfortable with data, and telling a story with data~ We would rather see your application than risk missing out on your potential to make an impact.#
