Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate diverse agreements ensuring alignment with company policies.
Optimize partnerships with business stakeholders.
Contribute to the improvement of standard legal forms and processes.
Think creatively about legal issues in AR and location-based games.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members.

Education

Member of the California Bar or eligible to register as Registered In-House Counsel.
