Job Overview:

As Operations Lead at Nibiru, you will be instrumental in guiding the company towards operational excellence and strategic achievement. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, legal acumen, and financial oversight. You will work closely with various departments to align operations with the company’s vision and goals, serving as a key internal consultant to optimize performance and efficiency.


Responsibilities
  • Lead organizational planning and business rhythm processes in conjunction with all company functions, shaping the company's vision, mission, goals, objectives, and key results (OKRs).
  • Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization to assess strategic goals, milestones, and achievements.
  • Manage the contract and document workflow, including reviewing legal contracts, ensuring compliance, and overseeing the approval, signature, and document management processes.
  • Close internal legal processes efficiently, ensuring all legal obligations are met and risks are minimized.
  • Oversee the financial operations related to making payments, including vendor and supplier payments, payroll, and other operational expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify and manage risks and issues, fostering enhanced communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships across all levels of the organization to influence positive outcomes and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Utilize and refine frameworks to structure team thinking, enhance visibility, and promote alignment across the organization.
  • Stay attuned to the organizational pulse, reporting critical insights to executive management to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain high standards of company communications hygiene, ensuring efficient information flow and clear communication channels.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management, requiring cross-functional coordination and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement new initiatives with key stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, innovation, and team performance.
  • Act as an internal consultant, liaising with stakeholders, management, and various departments to optimize team performance and drive operational excellence.
