NICE is looking for an experienced commercial and technology Legal Counsel to support business objectives with a focus on enterprise cloud transactions. This role combines legal expertise in cloud technology transactions and will contribute to global initiatives.

Improve standard form agreements and legal processes.

Education

Law degree
Active license to practice law in any U.S. state
