Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure effective use of CXone solutions.
Mentor and provide training to other Technical Account Managers.
Manage and resolve complex customer issues and challenges.
Prepare customers for go-live and assist with technical training.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
