Senior Technical Account Manager

NICE Ltd. seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction and success post-implementation of their CXone products, with seasoned skills in account management and technical resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure effective use of CXone solutions.
  • Mentor and provide training to other Technical Account Managers.
  • Manage and resolve complex customer issues and challenges.
  • Prepare customers for go-live and assist with technical training.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
