Skills
8+ years of selling and customer management experience in the IT industry
Proven experience in selling solutions and services to domestic, regional, and global accounts
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal relationship
Vertical expertise in Telco, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, and other industries
Technical understanding of Services and Maintenance terminology
Responsibilities
Promote and drive maximum value with the NICE VRS portfolio
Drive sales opportunities in overlay sales model
Develop Go-To-Market strategy and maintain Continuous pipeline
Focus on services-only sales that drive customer value and success
Mine the current NICE installed base and develop new VRS opportunities
Become Subject Matter Expert for Americas sales team
