Enable fulfilment of operations deliverables & ensure those deliverables are in line with budget, schedule and quality assurance based on global standard operating procedures within area of responsibility. Close and effective collaboration across multiple functions that work together on project execution and deliverables to deliver on project/client commitments.
JOB PURPOSE
The project management role is responsible for managing all aspects of field activities to
ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters, schedule and quality standards. Proactive approach to address potential operational risks with mitigation plan in place to ensure we deliver on all our project commitments and drive high client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Consumer Insights projects from supporting proposal and costing through setup, fielding, and analysis, to ensure accurate and on time final delivery.
Partner with Client Service, Operations, external Vendors, and other business partners to ensure projects meet agreed time frames, budget, quality, and accuracy, and find solutions for issues and non-standard requirements and requests.
Provide practical, hands-on support to the Client Service team to drive excellence in the development and delivery of projects.
Actively seek and raise areas where improvements or productivity gains could be made and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally, the candidate would have operational knowledge in the market research industry.
Extensive project management experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities following strict time schedules.
Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication tools.
