We are looking for a VP, CS Leader for our Walmart Retailer Services Team that is a leader with a passion for driving client engagement and delighting the client with excellence. As a key member of the Leadership team, you’ll partner with several cross-functional leaders to define the overall vision for Customer Success and serve as the go-to expert for our clients and internal teams.

Highlights:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in data insights industry, specifically CPG retail
  • Proven ability to lead and influence in a highly matrixed organization, building buy-in for ideas and driving cross-functional execution
  • Deep understanding of the CPG Omni Retail Industry and syndicated data measurements’ place within
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences

As a VP, Customer Success Leader you will: 

  • Lead with Vision: Provide strategic direction and guidance around measurement, retail analytics, reporting, and proprietary data research, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
  • Drive Innovation: Champion the use of advanced analytics techniques to unlock business opportunities for our clients across merchandising and customer insights.
  • Be a Collaborative Force: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Analytics, Product, Technology, and Data teams to ensure NielsenIQ remains at the forefront of analytics for our client
  • Champion a Culture of Data Excellence: Establish best-in-class analytics deliverables, processes, and accountability policies, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Be a Client Champion: Work closely with the client to ensure client feedback is consistently incorporated into our analytical deliverables, solidifying NielsenIQ’s reputation as an industry leader in syndicated data.
  • Develop and Inspire: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly motivated analytics professionals, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the syndicated data, retail, manufacturing and/or CPG industry
  • Experience leading teams and ability to coach others
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience working with complex client relationships
  • Demonstrated understanding of the power in data analytics to drive retail merchandising
  • Proven track record of building client engagement
  • Ability to be onsite and/or travel to Bentonville, Arkansas
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
