For Nippon Express (Netherlands) B.V., we are looking at short notice for:

Proces Controller

As a Process Controller at Nippon Express Nederland B.V., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing various logistics processes to drive continuous improvement across our services. You will work closely with different departments to align processes with company goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate existing logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process enhancements.
  • Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions regarding process adjustments.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote best practices among staff.
  • Document process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and any changes for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on process performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in process management or control within logistics or supply chain environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Familiarity with logistics management software and tools.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
