Responsibilities
Provide superior customer support via telephone and e-mail
Assist in all aspects of application support including problem-solving, training, and ongoing support
Prepare cases and follow up to resolution
Convey customer feedback to product development staff
Assist with software release process
Provide after-hours support
Develop and deliver training to coworkers
Travel to customer sites as required
Education
Bachelors Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
