We are currently looking for 2 Product Analyst to join our team at Nisum Latam.
As a Product Analyst you will be in charge of:
1. Market Research and Analysis
- Customer Insights: Conducting user research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyzing competitor products to identify market trends and opportunities.
2. Data Collection and Analysis
- Data Gathering: Collecting data from various sources, including customer feedback, sales data, and market research.
- Data Analysis: Using statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify patterns, trends, and insights.
3. Product Performance Monitoring
- Performance Metrics: Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Reporting: Creating detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
4. Product Development Support
- Feature Evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of product features and identifying areas for improvement.
- Recommendations: Providing data-driven recommendations to product managers and development teams.
5. Customer Feedback Management
- Feedback Collection: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Usability Testing: Conducting usability tests to identify product issues and improve user experience.
6. Collaboration and Communication
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Presenting findings and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities
- Market Trend Analysis: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to inform product strategy.
- Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
To be successful at this role, we expect you to have the following experience and skills:
- You must reside in Chile or Colombia
- Advanced English skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
