• Product Vision and Strategy: Craft a compelling vision aligned with the company’s strategy, guiding the team. Develop a strategic plan with goals, key initiatives, and success metrics to achieve this vision.
• Market Research and Analysis: Understand customer needs through surveys and focus groups. Analyze competitors using SWOT analysis and stay updated on industry trends to keep the product competitive.
• Product Development: Generate and evaluate new ideas based on research. Create a development roadmap with key milestones and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Customer Feedback and Iteration: Establish feedback mechanisms like user testing and beta programs. Use this feedback to continuously improve the product by tweaking features, fixing bugs, or adding functionalities.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product progress, challenges, and successes through regular updates. Ensure stakeholders are aligned with the product vision, negotiating priorities, and managing expectations as needed.
• Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs like user engagement and revenue growth to measure success. Regularly analyze performance data and share insights with the team and stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

• Must have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proven experience in crafting and executing product vision and strategy with strong strategic planning and goal-setting abilities, and an understanding of aligning product vision with company strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis, proficiency in gathering customer insights through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, and being up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
• Experience in generating and evaluating new product ideas, ability to create and manage product roadmaps, and a proven track record of working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Experience in establishing and managing feedback loops with customers, strong analytical skills to use feedback for continuous product improvement, and understanding of user testing, beta programs, and customer support channels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to align stakeholders with the product vision and strategy.
• Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting, and understanding of metrics for user engagement, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
