• Lead the development and implementation of accessible front-end components and libraries.
• Work closely with development, product, and UX to build out user-centered solutions that are modern and easy to use.
• Review code for accessibility compliance and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with the design and product team to ensure accessibility is considered from the beginning.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest development/accessibility trends and best practices.
• Conduct web accessibility audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with diverse stakeholders to champion inclusive front-end development.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a UI Software Engineer role and in-depth understanding of implementing frontends.
• Proficiency developing applications in REACTJS including component design and state management for specific use cases
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience
• Knowledge of one or more CSS pre-processor/JavaScript bundlers like SASS, Less, Vite, Webpack, Parcel, Rollup.
• Experience developing RESTful web services, integrating with RESTful or other web services (preferable NestJS or express).
• Proficiency with Git
• Experience implementing testing platforms/frameworks and unit tests leveraging cypress, jest etc.
• Appreciation for clean and well documented code
• Experience with Scrum or other Agile processes
• Thorough understanding of user experience and design
• Experience working with Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
• Deep problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
