Civil Project Manager

Our Civil Engineering Department is seeking a self-motivated, organized, civil/site development Project Manager to join our Richmond, VA office.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple land development projects, both public and private
Perform technical quality control reviews
Prepare proposals and budgets
Supervise/train/mentor civil engineers and designers assigned to your projects
Prepare and oversee the preparation of engineering designs and calculations
Prepare and oversee the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and engineering reports
Support the Managing Director in the development and maintenance of client relationships

Requirements

A BS in Civil Engineering
Registration as a Professional Engineer
Minimum 10 years of experience in the preparation of civil/site construction documents and permitting submissions (local, state and federal) associated with a variety of land development projects
Prior experience with and working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, Bluebeam, and Autodesk SSA
Strong knowledge of Virginia engineering standards and permitting regulations is preferred
