Where do you come into the picture? Nium stands at another inflection point. With its ever-expanding footprint of banking relationships and licenses, broader global payment network and new pay-in/pay-out payment offerings, Nium has created the platform that is the element that can unlock new financial services for businesses, regardless whether those companies are in FinTech today. You will be part of the Operations Team focusing on payment monitoring and processing for NIUM. Requirements What would a day in your life @ NIUM looks like? As a trusted member of our Payment Operations team you will - Onboard new Institutional, SME and enterprise clients on NIUM's platform Partner with Nium's Product and Technology teams to - Operationalize new Platforms/Products/Features Improve process efficiency and automation Monitor, investigate, and resolve payment processing issues Liaise with internal stake holders (Compliance, Customer Service, Product and Technology) for processing of... transactions Reconcile incoming client money with their transactions and make sure their wallets have sufficient balance for execution of their transactions Verify statements for various banks and currencies before reprocessing or refunding transactions Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are documented and current Create monthly Invoices for clients and tracking their settlement. Co-ordinate with the Reconciliation and Finance teams for accounting queries, provide relevant information to ensure proper accounting is carried out Work with Account Managers and Customer Service teams to resolve customer complaints Publish MIS reports to the management and internal stakeholders Organize workflow to meet department objectives What expertise & experiences would you need to have to play this kind of role? Have a degree with 4-6 years of experience working in Payment Processing Can prioritize, organize, and execute tasks with minimal supervision Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrates ability to work with high degree of quality Demonstrates strong problem solving/Issue resolution skills Hands-on experience in MS Office and tools within it Behavioral competencies - Customer centric, confident, go-getter, inquisitive, comfortable to multitask on systems, can relate to Tech as an end user, team player, flexible, looks for improvements in pursuit of operational efficiency Demonstrates flexibility to accommodate the global needs of the business Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification Banking, Loans & InsuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualificationsShow full descriptionCollapse
