About the Role
Product Operations plays a crucial cross-functional role that bridges product, business, and data analytics. Its primary objective is to ensure seamless alignment and advancement towards common objectives by establishing operational frameworks and implementation processes for key initiatives.
Within Product Operations, the focus is on fostering smooth communication and resource sharing across departments, vital for enabling the effective and efficient collaboration of cross-functional product teams.
This role entails gaining a comprehensive understanding of diamond pricing intricacies and the various factors influencing them. It also involves developing the acumen to identify incorrectly priced stones uploaded by suppliers.
This role is a steppingstone for candidates interested to explore a product, analytics / data science or an operations role.
What the Candidate will do?
Develop an understanding of pricing for diamonds and enhance intelligence on the platform to reduce
instances of losses encountered on a transaction.
Analyze the competitive market pricing landscape of marketplace pricing and contribute to support revenue-generating projects and innovative experiments.
Project manage programs for the pricing charter by coordinating with multiple teams, driving actions, and closely monitoring the impact.
Define the implementation process on key initiatives as an individual contributor and foster collaboration amongst teams involved.
Independently analyze valuable data through thorough analysis and drive projects.
