Chances are that every single one of those interactions and experiences was touched by an Adobe product. We have a phenomenal opportunity for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our RTCDP team. The successful candidate should be strongly curious about learning new technologies, work independently, and be able to drive sophisticated and ambitious projects to conclusions. Strong collaboration with other teams is key to success in this role. This individual should be self-motivated and passionate about quality. The RTCDP SRE team is geographically distributed, and as such, we rely heavily on tools like Slack and video conferencing. Our team is in San Jose, Bucharest, and Bangalore. International travel may be requested. What You'll Do • Drive initiatives in collaboration with multi-functional teams across RTCDP and beyond to define, implement, measure, and report on SLx (SLO, SLT, etc.) for our infrastructure and services. • Participate in the Design, Implementation, and Support of Core Database Infrastructure based on FoundationDB, Aerospike, and Postgres by serving as the primary point of contact and domain expert. • Participate in capacity planning, performance analysis, and tuning activities to optimize system performance and resource utilization. • Design, Develop, and Improve operational processes and automation using infrastructure-as-code (IaaC) tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane. • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure and services. • Participate in the oncall rotation, providing 24/7 support (follow-the-sun model) to maintain the stability and availability of our infrastructure and services. What you need to succeed • 4+ years’ experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role. • MS or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required. • Proficiency and hands-on experience in container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (e.g., AKS, OpenShift) • Technical expertise in areas such as Observability (e.g., Prometheus, Alert Manager), Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane), and CI/CD (e.g., Argo, Jenkins). • Coding and scripting skills, proficient in Python, Go, or Bash. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,000 -- $198,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
