NLP Expert

Datarails is a SaaS B2B solution that tackles one of the biggest challenges in financial departments: the overflowing amount of data that, up until now, was managed by tons of Excel sheets and several internal systems. All those financial reports, forecasts, expenses, analytics? Datarails takes all these financial reports, forecasts, expenses, analytics and integrates it into a one, simple, smart report. It consolidates the information, enables the finance professionals to follow it, manage it, and create the ever-needed order within the realm of finances.

We are looking for a skilled NLP Expert to join our team and develop an AI-based FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) agent. The successful candidate will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge natural language processing techniques to create an intelligent, conversational interface for our financial data platform. The goal of the project is to take datarails to the next level by creating an AI-based assistant that can help financial professionals make better decisions and improve overall financial performance.

• Develop and implement natural language processing algorithms to create an intelligent, conversational interface for our financial data platform.
• Work closely with data science and engineering teams to integrate NLP algorithms with existing data infrastructure.
• Train and refine the AI-based FP&A agent using machine learning techniques and feedback from users.
• Conduct research on the latest NLP techniques and technologies to improve the performance and functionality of the agent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of the AI-based FP&A agent.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and deploying natural language processing algorithms and techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with machine learning techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the financial industry or with financial data.
• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard design.
