Customer Care Representative

Noah Medical is looking for a Customer Care Representative to be the primary point of contact for customer support and service, responsible for order management, product returns, and general customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a self-starter attitude, excellent communication skills, and experience in the medical equipment industry.

Skills

Strong multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer and technology skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
Experience with ERP databases like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite

Responsibilities

Provide positive customer experiences over the phone or through email
Receive and process customer orders through the company ERP system
Process customer complaints into the company CRM system
Create invoices and bill customers for purchases
Process customer returns and issue credits
Maintain business systems for data accuracy
Work closely with the quality department on customer complaints and investigations
