At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to automate human repetitive manual tasks with intelligent robotics. We’re now looking for a Lab Operations Manager, who will be responsible for taking the lead in how we test our robots in Warsaw in order to lead us through significant future growth & ensure smooth production performance.

• We have a very experienced engineering & management team from Google, early unicorns (Climate Corp) & top robotics companies (ABB, Softbank Robotics, Dematic)

• Lead & mentor a team of lab robot operators
• Define processes that will scale our operations to hundreds of production robots
• Improve reporting and analysis tools used to evaluate result of R&D work
• Manage and improve the software release process for the production robots
• Optimize costs of testing operations and infrastructure

• Experience in operations management (e.g. in manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse)
• Track record of process disruption and operational excellence
• Proven leadership experience
• Great intuitions about common statistics (limitations of averages, measuring deviations)
• Interest in programming and low-code automation (e.g. Zapier)
