Duke University’s Department of Dermatology has an immediate need for an

undergraduate Student Assistant to work on – site for 4 – 8 hours per week with Dr. Elise

Olsen. Candidate must be studying in a health related field currently as an undergraduate

student and must have prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite as well as prior

database usage. Redcap survey database and Outlook experience preferred.

Work performed

Set up meetings with sites, various committees that she chairs

Provide documents for meetings and request documents needed from sites

Help to communicate with registry platform, USCLC admin for USCLC registry

Collect site agreements, EULA, other documents from new sites for USCLC registry

Help with submission of publications and grant applications for support of projects
