All Bridge Interns are expected to:

• Live and learn as an intern from move-in in June through move-out at the end of July.
• Attend opening and closing retreats.
• Participate in weekly house meetings with program leaders for reflection.
• Participate in weekly community dinners with members of the Durham community.
• Participate in two-weekend learning experiences.
• Work in a professional work setting for 25 hours a week.
• Commit to pursuing a deeper knowledge and understanding of themselves, their faith and/or spiritual practices, and the community.
• Complete a pre-program and post-program evaluation.
• Participate in monthly cohort meetings throughout the academic year (August through April).
