We seek an experienced Operations and Programs Manager to oversee our nonprofit organization's day-to-day operations and programs based in Tucson. We provide essential social services to an underserved population.
As the Manager, you will supervise our employed staff and volunteers and support the Executive Director in strategic planning, fundraising, building donor relationships, and identifying grant opportunities.

Requirements:

Relocate to Tucson.

Bachelor's Degree (minimum), preferably in social work, public health, organizational management, or a related field.

At least three years of experience in a Director or Manager role responsible for nonprofit operations and programs in an organization with a budget of at least $600,000.

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage a diverse team of staff and volunteers.

Ability to work collaboratively with the Executive Director, HR committee, and Board to establish policies that ensure workplace productivity and reasonable staff workloads.

Experience with staff leadership and development.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.

Thoughtful, problem-solver, resilient, adaptable, resourceful, creative, able to work independently, good at delegation, organized, and good communicator.

Reliable transportation to attend meetings and events away from the office.

Bilingual, Spanish/English preferred.

Able to work some evenings and weekends for events and projects.
