About the Role:

Joining the RevOps team at Nooks means diving into the heart of customer processes and the utilization of HubSpot and connected tools to drive growth and improve the customer journey.

In this role, you will be managing, optimizing, and supporting HubSpot – as a Sales CRM, marketing platform, and service hub – to ensure it meets the operational needs of our marketing, sales, and customer success teams. You will focus on system configuration, process automation, data quality & architecture, and integrations to drive business efficiency and improve CRM usage across the business. You will also be responsible for managing our entire GTM tech stack, with a specific lens on cross platform data sharing and integrations.

Reporting to the VP of RevOps, the ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of HubSpot best practices and excels at crafting creative solutions to thorny problems.

Requirements:

Platform Administration

  • Manage and configure HubSpot settings, user access, permissions, and workflows to ensure optimal use of the platform

Process Automation

  • Design, build, and manage workflows, sequences, and automation within HubSpot and connected tools to streamline marketing, sales, and operational processes

Data Quality

  • Maintain data integrity by implementing data hygiene practices, deduplication efforts, and regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting

Integrations

  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and other third-party platforms ensuring smooth data flow

Reporting and Dashboards

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom views in HubSpot for stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to track KPIs and performance metrics

User Support

  • Provide training and support for HubSpot users, resolving issues, answering questions, and helping teams optimize their use of the CRM

Preferred Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing HubSpot

  • Expert in HubSpot administration, including workflow automation, data management, and integrations

  • Strong ability to create reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve platform and integration issues

  • Strong communication skills to train and support users across various teams
