THE MUST HAVES: 7+ years of experience managing omnichannel brands (of a physical product) through e-commerce platforms, performance marketing, CRM, retention management, prospecting and conversion tactics, and digital marketing growth initiatives. A passion for health and wellness. High-level marketing/brand experience with a technical physical product (not SaaS or service)...and bonus if the product is tied to an app experience.THE WHY: A young, growing, and succeeding company in an amazing industry. And now they need an incredible Performance Marketing Manager to lead their e-commerce, CRM, and digital marketing efforts. As their CEO put it to us…”we have an excellent product that is highly effective and beloved by its users…the challenge for our efforts is balancing the e-commerce needs, education, and outreach with both a physical product and an app. It’s a lot of angles and a lot of moving pieces…but with this role, we need to find someone who can make it all seamless, effective, and hyper-growth driven.”THE HOW: The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing efforts across its key channels like Shopify, HubSpot, Stripe, Recharge, Klaviyo, and more. Here, you will manage all of the nuts and bolts of each system to drive campaigns, initiatives, strategies, and growth across. You’ll also lean on cross-collaboration with key stakeholders, team members, and departments to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned, performing, and succeeding.Comp range is $110,000-150,000. In other words, you attack the market with big ideas and bigger execution, you value the importance of quality and tact, you are smart and effective when taking chances, and you know how to win when it matters most.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:• Experience in Shopify (required), HubSpot (required), Stripe, Recharge, Klaviyo• 7+ years of experience managing omnichannel brands through performance marketing, CRM, e-commerce platforms, retention management, prospecting and conversion tactics, and digital marketing growth initiatives.• Deep understanding of omni-channel businesses and customer journeys across DTC channels.• Effective collaborator with cross-functional partners, including creatives, product managers, and data analysts.• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.• Proactive "doer" with an ownership mentality, driving continuous improvements.THE DAY TO DAY• You’ll be in the muck…in the weeds…with your sleeves rolled up and diving in deep to all of the needs, goals, and marketing operation strategies.• You won’t be managing any other team members…while this role will rely on cross-department efforts and the use of some Agency partnerships, this person will be at the helm and leading all pieces of the marketing operations under the Director of Marketing.• You’ll be managing and executing all e-commerce and CRM efforts across Shopify, HubSpot, and other platforms to ensure efficiency and results.• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and drive traffic to all channels.• Manage efficiency targets, refine attribution methodology, conduct testing and iterate to optimize ROI across sales channels.• Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats, adjust strategies accordingly, and stay ahead of the competition.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the DTC customer experience and improve the ROI of growth investments.• Oversee day-to-day advertising operations, continuously evaluating and optimizing marketing spend and channel allocation.• Collaborate with Brand Manager to ensure high-impact creative and consistent brand voice throughout the marketing funnel.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Leadership• Report on channel strategy performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.SALARY & BENEFITS• Comp range is $110,000-150,000.Our client provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:• Medical, dental and vision plans available• Paid vacation time• Paid holidays• Paid paternity/maternity leave• 401k match• Wellness & Lifestyle Benefits
