A day in the life…

You’ll be helping our customers get the most out of their experience with us. That will usually involve:

• Using a range of technologies to make the customer experience seamless (full training will be provided)
• Working closely with your team towards mutual goals
• Being diplomatic with customers and help to resolve any issues that arise
• Ensuring the security and privacy of customer information
• Inspiring others to adopt initiatives such as our Nordstrom Rewards program
